Behaviour Change Counsel is based in North Warwickshire and offers UK wide services in Counselling, Conflict and Communication Solutions. We work with Schools, Businesses, Councils, Housing Associations, Police, HR, with 1-2-1 private individuals, and any other sectors where there are staff facing issues of conflict, communication and behaviour – from the playground to the board room.
We have vast experience in dealing with issues in a variety of situations and offer Training, 1-2-1 Counselling, Mentoring and on site Case Busting to help you create positive change and improve relationships and efficacy.
We have proven success in solving Bullying, HR matters, Crime, Staff Conflict, Business Communication issues, 1-2-1 Counselling and private disputes.
